The agreement between us.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Macan Sell ("we," "us"). By creating an account, listing a product, or completing a purchase on the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, for all activity under your account, and for keeping your contact email up to date. Notify us immediately at support@macansell.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree to provide accurate, current information at registration, and to keep it updated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

If you list products on Macan Sell, you agree that:

• You own — or are licensed to sell — all content you list.
• Product descriptions, prices, and stock counts are accurate.
• You'll deliver what was promised at the price displayed.
• You handle taxes, VAT, GST, and any business-licensing required where you operate.
• The wallet addresses you list belong to you. We are not custodians and cannot reverse a transaction sent to the wrong address.

If you purchase from a seller's storefront, you agree that:

• You provide a working email address to receive your delivery.
• You're responsible for any cryptocurrency network fees and for sending the correct amount on the correct network.
• Once a payment is confirmed on-chain, the transaction cannot be reversed by Macan Sell.
• The relationship for the purchased product is between you and the seller — Macan Sell is the platform, not the merchant of record.

You may not list, sell, or buy through Macan Sell anything that:

• Infringes a third party's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Promotes or facilitates illegal activity, including malware, phishing kits, stolen accounts or credentials, identity-document fraud, or evasion of sanctions.
• Contains child sexual abuse material or non-consensual sexual content of any kind.
• Promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
• Is regulated such that selling it requires a license you don't hold (firearms, prescription drugs, gambling, securities).
• Violates the rules of any payment processor, network, or hosting provider we depend on.

We may remove listings, suspend accounts, and report activity to law enforcement at our sole discretion. We do not pre-screen every product, but we investigate reports promptly.

Macan Sell charges a subscription fee for the Pro and Enterprise plans. Pricing is shown on our Pricing page and may change with notice. We do not take a percentage of seller revenue — payments from buyers go directly to seller-controlled wallet addresses.

Subscription payments are processed by third-party providers (CryptoCloud today; PayTR pending approval). Their processing fees, where applicable, are included in the displayed price.

Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on-chain. Subscription cancellations end auto-renewal but do not refund the unused portion of an active billing period unless required by applicable law.

For products sold on a seller's storefront, the refund policy is set by the seller and shown at checkout. Macan Sell is not a party to that transaction, holds no funds, and cannot force a refund. Buyers should contact the seller first; if a seller fails to honor their stated refund policy, contact us at support@macansell.com and we may take enforcement action including account suspension.

The Macan Sell name, logo, website, and software are owned by us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Content you upload (logos, product files, descriptions) remains yours. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and deliver that content as necessary to operate the Service.

When you connect a Discord server, you authorize Macan Sell to assign the role you select to buyers who provide a valid Discord user ID at checkout. You're responsible for the Discord bot's configuration (intents, role hierarchy) and for ensuring its actions comply with Discord's Terms of Service. Macan Sell is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord, Inc.

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Macan Sell, its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any direct damages is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for subscription services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US$100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in İstanbul, unless required otherwise by mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted on this page at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
